I can imagine that being head of state is sometimes a bit tiring. Natural consequence to wish for some fun once in a while. And to avoid that in the end one will lose, cry and be huffy, why not a game where nobody wins? But I think there are also positive aspects of nukes. Would the cold war have stayed cold without the fear of a global thermonuclear war? |
